Aren't they a lovely pair?! We found these babies online for a reasonable price. We just had to have them! They were in great shape, although the meow buttons do not work which is fine with us! Grandmom Orde had the same ones :) and we love everything about those times. Looking at this set in the hutch brings back
sweet memories.
This second pair we found at a local Church Thrift Shop. We couldn't pass these little guys up! Not for $1.50. They are by Lefton.
And we snapped up this lovely set of cowboy (cowgirl?) boots...
Have a great weekend, happy hunting!

Love the boots! I just bought myself a different pair of Humpty Dumpty like S & P shakers.
A brilliant selection but my favourite has to be the boots! Awesome finds.
What a fantastic thing to collect! The kitties are so kitschy gorgeous!
What sweet kitties :) I had a great aunt who collected salt and pepper shakers and when I say collected, I mean she had hundreds all displayed in special enclosed cases...I was always so fascinated with them.
Very cute collection!!
I love the cats, they are so cute!
These are precious! My mama had an incredible collection of s&p sets in the 50's and 60's, but one day my dad was cleaning out the shed where she had them stored and threw them all away!
Thanks so much for joining my 'Little Gifts' campaign! I've added your blog to the LG bloggers blog roll on my blog. Have a great weekend! Becky G. in GA

oh man! vintage salt and pepper shakers are the best! I even like brand new salt and pepper shakers as well. You can find some cute ones at Pier 1 Imports and Target!
